Lokitoch's warps were almost imperceptible and definitely did not affect the final result of the game. Moreover, RtP were the ones to pause the game. You decided to play out the whole match without pausing the game or asking them to fix it, and only complain in the match report about Lokitoch's "excessive warp", and complaining after the match ends appears as if you are complaining based on the outcome of the match.
So once again: If you think someone is lagging or warping excessively, and it is making the game unplayable for you, stop the match and resolve the issue before continuing. If it's really fucking up the game for you, then you have every right to stop the match and postpone it for later or request a sub (If one is available). If the opposing clan refuses to continue later and refuses to sub, then you can call the admins and the admins will settle the issue.
